In addition to having been a respected General Manager, Corporate Trainer and Speaker, John Dale founded The California Automotive Sales Institute (CASI) that became the impetus for The San Diego County New Car Dealers Association Training Academy in 1991. In 2003 John launched a successful in-house promotions company, John Dale & Associates, servicing the Canadian Provinces. John is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Education and a minor in Psychology.
